Course description
Develop your knowledge of the human technology organisation (HTO) interaction and how it can be used to progress safety within an organisation. Understanding how humans, technology and organizations interact is an important prerequisite for creating a safe, efficient and sustainable business.
The training provides knowledge in the field of HTO with a focus on the system perspective and why it is important to take collaboration into account in your own operations. You get an introduction to safety culture but also an insight into the origin of accidents and what affects peoples performance and safety behaviour. You also get a better understanding of what it means to work from the HTO perspective and what beneficial effects it has in the business. Theory is interspersed with practical examples and inspiring group discussions. By the participants working together and sharing experiences, maximum benefits are created from the course.
