About the event
What?
As a follow up to February’s webinar, Filip Coumans from Krause Bell Group will, together with Craig Henderson, global EHS Director of the pharmaceutical giant GSK, present what they have done to reduce and prevent Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIF) in practice. An important component was the roll-out of a Safety Leadership Experience for all their leaders globally, touching on 3 key components:
Safety Leadership Core: what do leaders need to know and apply in their day to day activities to have a meaningful impact on SIF exposure.
Meaningful Safety Conversations: how to have a constructive conversation and gather relevant information on SIF Precursors.
Safe Decision Making® module, enhancing decision making relevant to SIF precursors.
Craig and Filip will cover various elements:
how they started,
the successes and challenges during the roll-out,
what are some results of the overall approach.
What are next steps?
As always, you as an audience will get the chance to ask your questions. There is no requirement to have joined the first webinar (or have watched the recording thereof).
The webinar will be held in English and be recorded and later published at the SÄKU Member Page.
