About the event

What?


We are delighted to invite you to the SÄKU Conference 2026, taking place this September at the beautiful Såstaholm Conference Center. This year’s conference brings together inspiring people, practical leadership insights, and meaningful discussions focused on change through self‑leadership within Health & Safety.

 

Fredrik Kristoffers and Martin Sjögren from The New Leadership will be facilitating the conference and share practical tools from their well‑established leadership program – already applied in more than 500 organizations worldwide, including several SÄKU members.

We would be very happy to welcome you to two engaging days of:

  • Interactive workshops

  • Hands‑on leadership tools

  • Reflection, learning, and valuable networking with fellow SÄKU members

The conference is open to everyone, and is especially designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of their own leadership competencies, explore their potential for change, and strengthen both themselves and their organizations.


Please note that registration is open until 30 June, and places are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Optional - 21 September (Monday):

• 12:00 - 18:00: Arrival of guests

• 16.00 - 18:30: Informal meet & greet/mingle opportunities for those that want/can 

• 18:30 - late: Dinner


Conference Day 1 - 22 September (Tuesday):

•7:00 – 9:00: Arrival of guests 22 Sept, breakfast for guests 21 Sept

•9:00 – 12:00: Leadership foundation and personal leadership (Step 1)

•12:00 - 13:00: Lunch

•13:00 – 17:00: Leadership in practice (Step 2) & Applied to your situation and case (Step 3)

•17:00 – 18:30: Mingle and free activities

•18:30 – late : Dinner


Conference Day 2 - 23 September (Wednesday):

•8:00 – 12:00: How to engage others and make your colleague the best? Practise and usage of model 5 Steps to Grow Others®

•12:00 - 13:00: Lunch

•13:00 – 14:30: Summary and next steps. How to connect learnings to your daily work

• 14:30 (End of conference)


Webinar – “Your Self-leadership in Accelerating Change”

On 16 April, Fredrik gave a webinar on self-leadership in accelerating change which can be seen as a little teaser of what to expect from the conference.

A recording of the webinar can be seen at the SÄKU Member Page by clicking HERE. You’ll need a user to access it – just create one if you belong to a SÄKU member and don’t have one already.

 

There is not a request to have watched the recording of the webinar in order to be part of the conference.

Price

Price:  9 500 SEK, plus room charges (1 692 SEK per person/day)


All prices come with VAT. The price includes all meals during 22 September to 23 September.
