SÄKU Conference 2026

What?

We are happy to invite you to the fourth SÄKU Conference where the theme is change through self-leadership and how its connected to manage healthy and efficient change in the domain of Health & Safety.

Fredrik Kristoffers and Martin Sjögren from The New Leadership will be facilitating the conference and provide you with some tools from their program applied in more than 500 organizations world wide, some of them SÄKU members.

In accordance with the much anticipated set ups of the previous SÄKU Conferences, it will be workshop-based over 1,5 days and held in English. As always, you’ll also get the chance to mingle and chat with lots of curious SÄKU members from a wide array of sectors and backgrounds! If you want and can, you are more than welcome to arrive on the afternoon of 21 September for nice mingle opportunities with Fredrik, Martin and the rest of the conference participants.

The conference is open to everyone, but it’s especially targeted to you who want to learn more about your own leadership competencies and potential for change, and how that can help to strengthen yourself and your organization.

Webinar – “Your Self-leadership in Accelerating Change”

On 16 April at 13:00-14:30 (CET), Fredrik and Martin will give a webinar on self-leadership in accelerating change which can be seen as a little teaser of what to expect from the conference.

Optional - 21 September (Monday):

• 12:00 - 18:00: Arrival of guests

• 16.00 - 18:30: Informal meet & greet/mingle opportunities for those that want/can 

• 18:30 - late: Dinner

Conference Day 1 - 22 September (Tuesday):

•7:00 – 9:00: Arrival of guests 22 Sept, breakfast for guests 21 Sept

•9:00 – 12:00: Leadership foundation and personal leadership (Step 1)

•12:00 - 13:00: Lunch

•13:00 – 17:00: Leadership in practice (Step 2) & Applied to your situation and case (Step 3)

•17:00 – 18:30: Mingle and free activities

•18:30 – late : Dinner

Conference Day 2 - 23 September (Wednesday):

•8:00 – 12:00: How to engage others and make your colleague the best? Practise and usage of model 5 Steps to Grow Others®

•12:00 - 13:00: Lunch

•13:00 – 14:30: Summary and next steps. How to connect learnings to your daily work

• 14:30 (End of conference)

Price

Price:  9 500 SEK, plus room charges (1 692 SEK per person/day)

All prices come with VAT. The price includes all meals during 22 September to 23 September.
