About the event
SÄKU welcomes dss+ and Perstorp for a webinar on “Setting up and running a cultural transformation program.”
The webinar will focus on the practical side of working with safety culture, from the consultant and company perspective.
In the first part, Eva Trulsson will share the story of how Perstorp decided to go on the cultural transformation journey, what triggered the start of the journey and decision on cooperation partner.
David Mallard continues by giving us some insights of his and dss+ long history and experience of working with safety culture together with different clients in both Sweden and globally, and share his perspective on collaborating with Perstorp.
Furthermore, Eva Trulsson and Adam Dalmo will share how they practically and systematically drive their cultural transformation program – in Perstorp called the Careway - and the effect and pitfalls they have experienced along the way.
As always, you as an audience will get the chance to ask David, Eva and Adam your questions.

dss+ is the former consulting business unit of DuPont known as DuPont Sustainable Solutions which became an independent consulting firm in 2019 after its separation from DuPont. From our solid legacy we have evolved and enhanced our capabilities to meet the changing needs of our clients through organic growth and through the acquisition of three organizations which expanded the breadth of depth of our capabilities in operational excellence, sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance). Managing risks and improving operations are fundamentally linked to sustainability and societal impact. It’s our goal to help organizations overcome their challenges & protect what they care for: their people, their assets, the environment, their competitiveness, their ability to innovate, their communities and the impact they have for future generations. To do this, we work across many industries to help implement operational improvements within factories, facilities, functions, product portfolios and supply chains.
