About the event
What?
SÄKU welcomes dss+ and Perstorp for a webinar on “Setting up and running a cultural transformation program.”
The webinar will focus on the practical side of working with safety culture, from the consultant and company perspective.
In the first part, Eva Trulsson will share the story of how Perstorp decided to go on the cultural transformation journey, what triggered the start of the journey and decision on cooperation partner.
David Mallard continues by giving us some insights of his and dss+ long history and experience of working with safety culture together with different clients in both Sweden and globally, and share his perspective on collaborating with Perstorp.
Furthermore, Eva Trulsson and Adam Dalmo will share how they practically and systematically drive their cultural transformation program – in Perstorp called the Careway - and the effect and pitfalls they have experienced along the way.
As always, you as an audience will get the chance to ask David, Eva and Adam your questions.
The webinar will be held in English.
Warm welcome and hope to see you there!
