About Anna Frost

Anna Frost is a psychologist, author, and speaker with over 20 years of experience working in leadership and organizational development. Her experience spans sectors with a strong focus on safety—such as the maritime industry, construction, hazardous industries and  healthcare—as well as multinational corporations like Assa Abloy, Ericsson and Mölnlycke Healthcare. Anna has also worked alongside Clive Lloyd at GYST, who has guested SÄKU for both a webinar and at the SÄKU Conference in 2023.

Drawing on both practical and theoretical expertise in innovation management, she guides organizations in both the private and public sectors to develop their innovative capabilities and build sustainable innovation systems. Anna is a popular and inspiring speaker, valued for her ability to translate research into practice. Her focus is on helping managers and employees break old thought patterns, challenge ingrained assumptions, and find new ways to solve problems. She equips organizations with the tools needed to foster psychological safety, thereby driving innovation and development as well as building proactivity and safety awareness.

The event is free of charge for members of Säkerhetskulturnätverket (SÄKU).

For Non SÄKU Members: Choose the “Non SÄKU member ticket” option when registering and checking out. 

The webinar is open to non-SÄKU members. For non-SÄKU members the ticket fee is 1 500 SEK plus VAT per attendee.

Please note: You pay the ticket with your credit card. Contact the secretariat (niclas.grahn@afry.com) if you want the receipt. Payment visavi invoicing is not an option.

Refunding is possible up until the last day before the event. If you don't attend but haven't let us know one day prior to the event, no refund is possible.

Getting the link to the webinar

After the registration a Teams-invitation will be sent to you (the same day or a few days later). In a few days prior to the event, the link will also be sent to you in an email. If you can’t attend the event after you've registered, please get in touch.
