What?

As a follow up to the webinar in February 2025, Filip Coumans from Krause Bell Group, together with Craig Henderson, global EHS Director of the pharmaceutical giant GSK (GlaxoSmithKline), presented what they have done to reduce and prevent Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIF) in practice. An important component was the roll-out of a Safety Leadership Experience for all their leaders globally, touching on 3 key components:

  1. Safety Leadership Core: what do leaders need to know and apply in their day to day activities to have a meaningful impact on SIF exposure.

  2. Meaningful Safety Conversations: how to have a constructive conversation and gather relevant information on SIF Precursors.

  3. Safe Decision Making® module, enhancing decision making relevant to SIF precursors.

Craig and Filip covered various elements:

  1. How they started

  2. The successes and challenges during the roll-out

  3. What are some results of the overall approach

  4. What are next steps?

As always, the audience also got the chance to ask their questions.

The webinar was held in English.
